In order to shorten the period of time during which the taste of the sake is highly variable, the sake is bottled immediately after pressing, and is then directly heated in the bottle to lock in the fresh flavor.
What is SAKE COMPETITION?
The SAKE COMPETITION began in 2012 with the philosophy of “setting a new standard so that consumers can encounter more truly delicious sake, regardless of brand. To this end, only commercially available sake is subject to judging, and the judging method is completely brand-hidden, ensuring that the competition is based solely on the sake quality of the sake. This is a sake competition where any brand has a chance to win first place, without being influenced by brand or brand name.
